The South Shore (towns south of Boston to the bridge that separates Cape Cod.) is the fastest growing region in Massachusetts, yet it remains a peaceful rural atmosphere in many areas. Each town has something special to offer from dramatic rocky coastline, sandy beaches, farmland, town forests, the Famous North River, ponds, lakes and all within an easy commute to a major city. The region takes great pride in its excellent educational facilities and justly boasts of having some of the finest public school systems in the state.
